It finally caught up with me! yep im bone tired even my hair is tired lol.Im in bed for a couple days so i can cook for Easter Sunday.I promise to come visit soon .love to you all Happy Easter and oh yeah…. if you dont see me before the big day go ahead and hide the eggs lol.

My glaze is honey, brown sugar, pinapple juice, cherry juice.

I coat my ham in honey pack on the brown sugar, pour pineapple and cherry juice in the bottom of the baking juice and back on 350 for 2 hours for a 8 lb. ham .Then reduce the heat to 225 for 30 min.The last 30 min add pineapples and cherries to top of ham .

All done Yummy!

When i think of Easter i think of What Jesus death and resurrection meant to the world.I think about my place in the context as that  of a Christian.

My work in the Church for years has been a New Converts Class for newly born christains.As they come into the church there babies in Christ and it’s the  place of the church to help them to grow.Some  will grow faster then others but as such it’s our place in the church to see they have all the teaching and canceling they will need make the transition.

It did not end there….as you know neither does it end with the steps of repentance.The repentor has to grow on and then learn who they are in Jesus and what there is to learning about our lives in Christ.I wont give you’ll a lesson lol

 I just will say this the day Jesus came out of the Tomb all hell broke loose and the battle begain for the true born again Christians.But we dont have to go it alone the spirit of God goes before and after us.

Im not afraid to learn about God’s ways and changing my life to fit into his plan.The day i learned there was more to knowing Jesus then just Jesus loves me i excepted and wanted Jesus to change my life. So everyday i rise with a new day in knowing he is still working on me.

ROMANS 8:11
NKJV …    But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

Good morning to everyone and i hope your all having a lovely day.Im working on getting my rooms into shape so im going to be slow to visit this week.Im restyling some flowers and touching up some furniture for my living room.I have antique end tables and im not bothering the finish but im tightening up the leg’s.I have to reglue them to steady them. They are dropleaf so they need just a bit of work.Im happy with my work so far but now the decorating is to be done .lol Everyone say’s im the cracker barrel on tour lol.Ill be around to visit in a day or 2 .Take care and be good to yourselves!

This is the eight days before passover!

Easter is April 11th

Passover is the 8 day observance commemorating the freedom and exodus of the Israelites (Jewish slaves) from Egypt during the reign of the Pharaoh Ramses II.

About 3000 years ago the Israelites were enslaved by the Egyptians under the rule of the Pharaoh Ramses II. According to the Book of Exodus – Moses, a simple Jewish shepherd, was instructed by God to go to the pharaoh and demand the freedom of his people
Moses’ plea of let my people go was ignored. Moses warned the Pharaoh that God would send severe punishments to the people of Egypt if the Israelites were not freed. Again the Pharaoh ignored Moses’ request of freedom. In response God unleashed a series of 10 terrible plagues on the people of Egypt

4.Wild Beasts(flies)
5.Blight (Cattle Disease)

When the Pharaoh finally agreed to freedom, the Israelites left their homes so quickly that there wasn’t even time to bake their breads. So they packed the raw dough to take with them on their journey. As they fled through the desert they would quickly bake the dough in the hot sun into hard crackers called matzohs. Today to commemorate this event, Jews eat matzoh in place of bread during Passover
 
*deliverance/ forgiveness,  believing in my forgiveness of sin I’m thankful for God delivering me from sin.

The waves of the Red Sea parted and the Israelites were able to cross to the other side. As soon as they all reached the other side the sea closed trapping the Pharaoh’s army as the waves closed upon them

*redemption /cleanings, i was baptized as a cleansing from those sins

The passing through the Red Sea to escape!.
release / to live a new life with Jesus as my Saviour.
Our experience doesn’t have to be wondering as did the Israelites we can walk into a new life as blood bought children of God.
To some my idea may be simple and old fashion but it’s the way i see it.

Yeaaaaaaa im finished painting now all i have to do is get the carpet stretched in the living room and the new carpet down in the bedroom. Well then i have to put the furniture back and decorate the wall’s.

I’ve been meaning to tell you’ll my med’s are working pretty good now and i don’t have the panic attacks as often and when i do there manageable now.The bipolar condition is better to the mood swings and up’s and down’s are evening out better. Builder has a new Doctor and he has promised to do something to get him out of the pain he’s living in.Guess i better shut this thing down and get some rest . Hello everyone ; i hope you all have a great weekend im working but i feel good today.Work is good for me and it takes my mind off my troubles.

I wish the wind would lay down it’s so pretty outside but the wind is chilling to the bone. Yesterday it rained and the sun was shinning through out the shower.How funny.But that reminds me even in the trials of life we have we can feel God in our life.When the storms of life are raging God is every present!

You know even though were Christian we have trials but how we react is the differance.We have pain and we hurt but we know God is coming to help and we can rest in his shelter believing this to shall pass!

 God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.  Psalm 46: 1
I will lift up my eyes to the mountains; from whence shall my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to slip; He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand. The sun will not smite you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will protect you from all evil; He will keep your soul. The Lord will guard your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.”

Good morning to everyone.

Today is Friday and i thought i would be done with my painting but im not.I got all my ceilings painted and wall papering my bedroom and im on the final coat of paint for the living room lol.Next im putting in my new carpet for the BR. and stretching the LR. carpet and that will bring me to my curtains and decorating my wall’s.#%&*^# that’s where a dirty word would have gone lol.

I have something on my mind and i guess this will get me into trouble but im use to that lol.But ive been thinking about (forgiveness and tolerance.)

 I’ve had my fights with both!But i see i cant let that live inside me.Being upset and having resentment for others causes me hurt, and anger always makes me sick to heart.I just refuse to allow that to happen to me.I have a saying …

” Taking out the trash”thats my way of dealing with trouble makers!Why in the world would we allow hurtful words from trouble makers to bring us to there level.When we respond to there foolishness it just drags us down to there level!!I said one time if this computer was going to do that to me i would trash this thing.Now im saying that about xanga to.But… im bigger then that foolishness so im not letting trash like that cause me to give up xanga i refuse to allow that crap in my life! 

I use to think i was weak because i always ran from arguements now i see i wasnt running i was choosing to be above that sort of thing.So if theres someone causing you problems like that just ignore them simply refuse to allow them to bring you down to there level it’s easy to do it and it always ticks them off more to be ignored lol!And quanity isnt my goal it’s quality!

Well it’s Friday everyone i need to get finished with my work so ill close and come visiting you’ll.
