    THIS SAYS IT ALL:
    Time passes.
    Life happens.
    Distance separates.
    Children grow up.
    Jobs come and go.
    Love waxes and wanes.
Men don’t do what they’re supposed to do.
    Hearts break.
    Parents die.
    Colleagues forget favors.
    Careers end.
BUT – Sisters are there, no matter how much time and how many miles
Are between you. A girlfriend is never farther away than needing her.
When you have to walk that lonesome valley and you have to walk it by
Yourself, the women in your life will be on the valley’s rim, cheering
You on, praying for you, pulling for you, intervening on your behalf,
And waiting with open arms at the valley’s end.
Sometimes, they will even break the rules and walk beside you, or
Come in and carry you out.
    !
    Girlfriends, daughters, granddaughters, daughters-in-law, sisters,
Sisters-in-law, mothers, grandmothers, aunties, nieces, cousins and
Extended family all bless our life.
When we began this adventure called womanhood, we had no idea of the
Incredible joys or sorrows that lay ahead, nor did we know how much we
    Would need each other.
Every day, we need each other still.
Pass this on to all the women who help make your life meaningful. I just did
There are more than 20 angels in this world; 10 are peacefully sleeping
On clouds, nine are playing, and one is reading her email at this moment!

  • Good morning to everyone although i don’t know who everyone is lol . I’m doing well this morning except for my feet,My feet have gotten where there hard to walk on. There sore and hurt.Church was good yesterday.Last night we had a guest group in concert. The Brown family they were great.I have one problem though our church doesn’t worship. I get so aggravated about it it’s like they just claim up and wont worship.

I know the Brown’s saw it i was embarrassed for our church.I know our church loves God they just wont show Him love. They clap there hands for approval but wont open up and worship.I guess i said to much so ill hush and leave it in God’s hands.Nothing else i can do!

new comment…… I talked to someone at church about the lack of worship at church. Abd she said well i dont want to think it’s just me in myself  doing it!!! If thats not a bunch of bull. How else do we worship !!! Jesus said worship him in spirit and in truth! So if we love him we must worship him and will want to worship him. The devil sure isnt going to tell you to worship God!!!

I believe, that life is likened to, a
piece of fine crystal. It can be
beautiful, or in a moments notice,
    be shattered, beyond repair.

If you do not believe in love at
    first sight, believe…that perhaps,
    your vision is impaired.

It matters not your age in life,
    I believe love, should be
    welcomed and treasured.

I believe, that many of our unanswered
    questions, are only answered, when
we are no longer, of earthly matter.

I believe that some things are better
    kept to ones self.

I believe that there are rooms in life’s
experience, that should not be entered.

Do you believe in your God? Do you
believe, that your religion is the right
religion? What do you believe of the
billions of people who do not believe,
    as you believe?
I believe, it could not be, that one religion,
is the true way to worship.
I believe, that there is one Supreme Being.
I believe this Supreme Being, is by-lingual,
multi-colored and of all ethnic races.
I believe he loves and blesses us all.

I believe, in order for this to be a better
world, it must begin with each
of us trying to be better.

I believe that the billions, upon billions
of dollars spent on the machine of war,
could better be used for poor and
    disenfranchised.

I believe in a new days discovery.
I believe, in the beauty of nature.
I believe, in the kiss of the rain.
I believe that true friends are rare.

I believe in charity, without recognition.
I believe, in extending a helping hand,
    to those in need.
I believe, in preserving the dignity of humanity.
I believe in the innocence of children.

I believe that one, should ever let their
    heart, do the thinking.

I believe, in the goodness of humanity.

I believe, that true trust, is like interest
earned, on money in a bank… it comes
    with the passing of time.

    I believe in wisdom.
I believe in the beauty of a starlit sky.
    I believe in promises kept.
I believe that America, truly is
    the land of opportunity.

I do not believe, that most dreams come true.
I do believe, that dreams, can lead one
to the path, of ones inner desires.

I believe, that many listen, but do not hear.
I believe in honesty and integrity.
I believe, in a mothers love.
I believe in a fathers pain.

I believe, in placing ones family first.
I believe that many successful people,
leave in their path, countless orphans
    of success.

I believe, when the sickness is sadness,
    laughter is the cure.

I believe, that a good work ethic, can
    serve all of us well.

I believe in good wine and good friends.
I believe, in a time each day, to give thanks.
    I believe in forgiveness.
I believe, if one can forgive a friend,
then surely, one can forgive family.

I believe in the power of the written word.
I still believe in hand written letters.
I believe the first cup of coffee in the
    morning, is the best.

I believe…it’s important to believe in
    something you care about.

I believe, in sancitity of life.

I believe that each day of life, is
    precious and a treasure of
    unequalled value.

  • Do you believe in Angels here today in this time. I do ive been reading in Acts ch. 12 about the angel setting Peter free.Peter was in jail and surley would have been put to death. But the church was praying for him and he was freed by an angel. I believe we have visits from angels but it takes a concerated life to see these beings. Do you want to live for God? Then you have to put him first in your life without anything befor God.You must repent of your sind and be sorryfull for them. Ask God to forgive you and he will set you free from those past sin. Then live a repented life befor God and you will be saved and can claim all the benifits in the Bible. Maybe if we did that we would see the angels as they come to help us.

I have’nt tried these recipes except for corn beef.Let me know if anyone does.

    Irish Champ
    8 medium potatoes
    1/2 cup milk
    5 tablespoon butter
a bunch scallions or green onions, chopped

Peel and cube potatoes and boil in salted water until tender. Drain and mash slightly. In a small pan, heat milk and butter until butter is melted. Add chopped scallions. Fold mixture into the potatoes until well blended. For 6 people.

    Irish Bangers
    2 tsp. ground white pepper
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp sage
    1 tsp mace
    3 oz salt
    6 oz bread crumbs -plain
10 lbs. fat pork butt(if lean add 1 lb fat back)
    2 cups ice water

    Grind meat-1/2 medium, 1/2 fine
Add spices and mix very well
Stuff into small casing links or make into compact patties.
Leave overnight in Fridge before freezing.
    Fry till golden brown.

    Corned Beef
First, I use Bill Baily’s brand of corned beef. They are one of two brands that can actually corn the beef to my standards (I can no longer find the other brand).

    1 corned beef brisket
6+ cups chicken broth (low salt or no salt works best)
1 tsp butter (margarine doesn’t quite work the same) per cup of chicken
    broth
    Time, plan in advance.

Get a large stock pot or crock pot. Place the brisket into the pot and
add the chicken broth, save the spices and drippings in the bag. You will need enough chicken broth to cover the whole brisket. I’ve found, depending on the size of the pot, approximately 3-4 cups of broth per pound of brisket works best. You may need more or less depending on how much corned beef you are making, and the size of the pot you are making it in.

Bring to a boil and add the spices and drippings from the bag.

Boil for about 5 minutes (until all the spices and drippings are fully
mixed in) then reduce heat to medium.

Cook on medium for about 3 hours per pound, prepare any vegitables to be cooked in with corned beef during this time. (2 1/2lb brisket takes about 7 1/2 hrs from this point)

Check the beef with a fork every hour or so, add water to pot as liquid level drops. When it feels about done, cook it for another half hour and add the vegitables. Cook until the vegitables are done, then serve hot.

    With Thanks to Michael May

    Hug A GI Day [ Mar 4 ]
Hey guys it’s time to salute all the soooooper men ! I’m talking about the armed forces our very own GI’s. I think they are doing an amazing job ! As a kid I used to dash around shooting imaginary foes with my dart gun and Becky was my favorite foe ! Mom used to chase me out of the house every time Becky ran to her yelling murder with a rubber dart sticking out of her forehead ! She looked a sight ! But forget my madness for a while and send tight warm cuddles to the GIs and tell them you think they are doing an ace job.
