It finally caught up with me! yep im bone tired even my hair is tired lol.Im in bed for a couple days so i can cook for Easter Sunday.I promise to come visit soon .love to you all Happy Easter and oh yeah…. if you dont see me before the big day go ahead and hide the eggs lol.
My glaze is honey, brown sugar, pinapple juice, cherry juice.
I coat my ham in honey pack on the brown sugar, pour pineapple and cherry juice in the bottom of the baking juice and back on 350 for 2 hours for a 8 lb. ham .Then reduce the heat to 225 for 30 min.The last 30 min add pineapples and cherries to top of ham .
All done Yummy!
Menue ..
Ham and smoked Turkey
Mashed potatoes
fried corn
steamed Cabbage
saled; tomato/cumber , onions and spinich leaves
cho. cake
yeast rolls
I had to show tooty my ham on cam lol.Im gonna be ready for Easter dinner yee haa !

I’m not a person that loves to cook…….I love to sew. But I am looking forward to having a great meal with all my family. Our menu includes:
Baked, glazed ham(I never heard of putting cherry juice in the glaze, but that sounds yummy! I love cherries.) greenbean casserole, hashbrown casserole, baked beans, yeast rolls, coconut cake.
Don’t over do things so you can’t enjoy the day……Happy Easter!

Thank you so much for your kind words, I’m just not sure where to go yet, its been the worst year of my life, and trust me, that makes it bad. Today, on Easter, my daughter has had me crying already, saying mean things, and deciding to spend the day with he bf’s family. But thats ok, I told her she should do what makes her happy (she’s 15)

Glad you got some rest and was up to cooking I had a salad
no cooking for me this week end ” Honey” cooked for himself so I just didn’t worry about cooking as there was only the two of us
